Boxing Day Haul

Hey guys! I went shopping on Boxing Day (26th). I didn't buy very much but here is what I did buy!:

First I went to Claires and they were having an 'up to 75% off sale and I got a necklace for £1. It was a really good deal and it was very simple; good to add some bling to a dress.

Then I went to The Body Shop and they had a sale too! I bought some presents for friends there! 

Next, I went to Superdrug and got the NYC BB cream in Light and two of the Lip Sticks in Candy Rush and Modern Love.

Finally I went to Next to get on of the perfumes. I got the 10ml Next Sparkle. I just got the 10ml because I wanted to know if I really liked it!

Get the Look: Ariana Grande!

My favourite singer of all time is Ariana Grande, I love her music and Cat Valentine from Victorious made laugh so much! She is also very fashionable and I love her make-up look as well! I'm going to be doing a get the look on her and if you want me to be doing a get the look on any other celebrities, just comment below! Let's get started!

The Look we will be copying! ^

Make-up

1. Apply a tinted moisturiser to your face as a base. 

2. Now for the eyes! First apply some tan eye-shadow, then bronze eye-shadow in the crease. Blend. Then, use some black pencil eye-liner (this will help you to know where to put the fake lashes). Then, put on black mascara after curling your lashes. Then, carefully put on some fake lashes. The eyes are done!

3. First, scrub your lips; then apply a tinted pink lip balm. After put on a pink lip-butter, like the Revlon one in Cotton Candy.

4. Then apply some light blusher and bronzer to your face to shape it.

Hair

1. Really, all you need to do is curl your hair and then put it to one side! Easy!

Christmas Chocolate Chip Cookies and Peanut Butter Fudge!

This is for Rosa Thompson and littlemisssunshinexxx because they wanted me to do some Christmas Recipes! Thanks for the idea! I will be telling you how to make my favourite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe  (Nina, these are your mum's chocolate chip cookies!)and a really good Peanut Butter Fudge. I will be rating these from 1 to 5. 1 is easy and 5 is hard. I rate the Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 because they are quite easy and I have been making them for years. I rate the Peanut Butter Fudge 4 or 5 because the can come out really gooey sometimes! 

Chocolate Chip Cookies (makes 48)

Ingredients 
225g butter, room temp 
95g sugar
160g brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla 
480g flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
250g semisweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark 4. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl cream the butter. Add the sugars and beat until well combined. Beat in one egg and the vanilla. Add the remaining egg and beat until just combined.
3. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix gently until incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and combine.
4. Using two tablespoons, drop about 2 teaspoons on baking sheets. Don't flatten the cookies. Bake for 12-14 mins or until golden brown. 

Peanut Butter Fudge! (perfect for a gift!)
Makes 16-20 pieces 

Ingredients
379g tin condensed milk
150ml double cream
450g caster sugar 
115g unsalted butter
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter 
1 tsp sea salt

1. Line a 20x 20cm baking tin with parchment paper. Put all the ingredients apart from the salt in the pan, bring to the boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 mins, stirring the whole time. 
2. Drop a bit of mixture into iced water and see if it produces a soft ball.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and beat for 3-4 mins until thick. Pour into the lined baking tin. Sprinkle with salt, cut and serve.

Christmas/New Year Party Make-up Tutorial

Hey guys, sorry I am behind with my posts but I am going to start posting on Mondays and Fridays. I think it will be easier to keep to a schedule and not post randomly. I asked you guys if you would like it for me to post a Party Make-up Tutorial so here is!

• First I am going to have a shower and wash my hair with Lush's shampoo bar in Godiva (I will link all the websites down below). Then I will use American Cream conditioner from Lush too! Finally, I will wash myself with the I love... Raspberry & Blackberry Bath and Shower Cream from Superdrug. 
• If you haven't got enough time for a shower, just use a dry shampoo instead. I like Batiste Dry Shampoo in Blush.
• Then, I am going to wash my face. For some reason, I don't like washing my face in the shower. I am going to use Simple Spotless Skin Triple Action Face Wash.
• Next, since it's a party, I am going to use a tinted moisturiser. For tweens, this is better because it's the least strong as the three cover ups (Tinted moisturiser, BB cream and Foundation). I like using  Witch Tinted Moisturiser.
• Time for make-up! Lets start with the eyes. I am going to be using the MUA Eye-shadow Palette in Heaven and Earth. But first, I need to use my primer which is the Rimmel London Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer. For the eye-shadow, I will be using the top left on the lid and the second one along from the bottom right.  Then I will be using my LASH Extender Mascara in Blackest Black.
•  For the eyebrows, I will be using my Technic complete brow kit. I will be using the two lightest colours to fill in my brows and the clear mascara that comes with it. 
• Next, lips (one of my favourites!). First, get your lips polished with Santa's Lip Scrub from Lush. It is limited edition but it tastes amazing, and so do the other ones! Then pop on some Vaseline in Rosy Lips and after put on some of my favourite lip product ever! Clinique Chubby Stick in 06 Woppin' Watermelon. One top of that, I am going to apply some of Technic's Goldmine Glimmer Gloss. It makes the lip look like a rose gold colour.
• Finally, the face. I will be using MUA's Blush Perfection Cream Blusher in Scrummy on my cheeks and my Colour Unlimited Bronzer. And, I will be spraying Charlie Enchant everywhere too!

My Winter Essentials Part 3: Books and Movies

Hey Peeps! Okay, I will never say 'peeps' again! This is the last part of My Winter Essentials! Awww... : (

My favourite Xmas movie is Elf. This movie is so funny I could DIE! It is really funny and you guys should watch it if you haven't already!

Okay, my favourite all-round movie to watch in winter when its all dark and cold is Enchanted. I know, it is kind of a weird favourite movie of a 13-year-old but it just makes me so happy!    

                                                

The book I am reading right now is Geek Girl. It's really good and funny and I just love the way the main character thinks!

My Winter Essentials Part 2: Beauty

Hey Guys! I promised a part 2 to be about beauty! So here it is! Let's get started!

In winter, since it is really cold, you need to keep your skin hydrated! One of my tips is to drink LOTS of water! Another thing is to use a good moisturiser, on your face, body and hands I like these ones from Superdrug: (www.superdrug.com)

I also love these Christmas products from Lush (www.lush.com), which are a heavenly essential! I love the new Christmas line and I love the Snow Fairy Body Wash! 

I also like the Santa's Lip Scrub. It makes my lips smooth and smell like coke! 

I also love the bath bombs. My favourites are Bombardino and Snowman.

My Winter Essentials Part 1: Fashion

Hi! It’s me again! Today I am going to talk about my winter essentials. I will explain my favourite and needed things through winter! This three part series, this is the first one which is about fashion. The second one is beauty and the last one is books and movies. Let’s get started!

Let’s talk about clothes! There are a lot of different things needed in winter, but you defiantly need a coat (especially if you live in a cold climaxed country). My coat of the moment is from Fat Face (www.fatface.com) and it is so warm! I also love my scarf and hat from Forever 21 (www.forever21.com). And the gloves are from Primark. I love them all! (www.primark.com). They are defiantly essentials!

    

As well as essential, as in you need them; there are also essentials like party dresses  I love this party dress and accessories from Topshop. (www.topshop.com)
